• First Register with the University online to access OLCV System.
• Enter the 12 digit Global Identification Number (GIN) and the Name of the Student as indicated on the Certificate issued by the University.


• The Student's name will appear along with links to his/her personal details (as per the University records) and certification details.


• The personal details link will take you to the personal details page, which has details like Name, Date of Birth, Parent/Spouse's Name, Address, Email, Phone, Fax, Program Name and Photograph of the student as per the particulars available with the University based on the latest updation.


• The certificate details link will take you to the page where the student's name, enrollment number, global identification number, program name, date of joining the Program, date of completion and the particulars of the certificate conferred are displayed. An image of the certificate is also available which can be viewed in full-size.

The University updates the data regularly and provides the latest information in terms of certification status. However it may be possible that a student's details may not appear here due to certain special reasons. You are welcome to contact the Registrar of the University at registrar@iujharkhand.edu.in.

Please note that the records of the students who passed out prior to October 2010 examinations are not incorporated in the system.
