  • This is achieved through a well-thought-out course structure to support your hard skills with industry required soft skills.
  • Our Corporate Relations and Placement Assistance Cell keeps in touch with the industry and the Alumni to identify skill sets in demand and strengthen the students in those specific skills.
  • Guest lecturers from the industry visits of students to industry workspace, mock interviews, webinars/seminars involving industry experts etc., are some of the tools used to work closely with the industry and business.
  • We are to offer 1 year Professional Certification Programs with faculty from Industry houses assuring internship & placement assistants, which are optional.
  • Strong industry interface is also leveraged for the final year and pre-final year students to work on meaningful internship programs to familiarize them with industry working culture and applying the theory learnt in the classrooms to address real life challenges.
  • This makes the students industry ready, fulfilling the objectives of National Education Policy (2020) and making sustainable impacts.
  • Total encouragement is given at the University to achieve overall and all round development of the students through a series of co-curricular activities involving sports, cultural festivals, dramatics, debating, music, etc. Entrepreneurial Spirit is also instilled in the students through a dedicated and transparent cell.

With the advancement of engineering and, subsequently, technology, we have now moved in a world which cannot be imagined without computers, processors, chips, and other similar digitized gadgets. So much is the dependence on such modern machines that it is hard to digest that such technologies would have been considered a part of folklore a century ago.

But, post this development, today the demand for capable engineers belonging to the discipline of Computer Science is so high that technological giants are hiring thousands of engineers a year. There are thousands of computer engineering jobs available in the market based on the skills and qualification. The booming IT sector in India has created a variety of job opportunities for computer science engineers. If you have done CSE then you can easily grab a nice IT job in an MNC. In IT firms, you can work in departments like design, testing, assembly, maintenance, and manufacturing.

It is the centre of all technical advancements. The Mechanical Engineers of today are multidisciplinary, with knowledge from other branches of engineering. At the ICFAI University Jharkhand, we take immense pride in upholding the integrity and transparency of our examination system principles that have consistently contributed to the academic excellence.

As a beacon of academic distinction in Jharkhand, the University remains steadfast in its commitment to ensuring a robust and credible evaluation framework. The Examination Wing plays a central role in this endeavour, facilitating the smooth conduct of examinations and maintaining the sanctity of the academic process.

Our efforts are driven by an unwavering commitment to providing a seamless and studentcentric examination experience. From the meticulous planning and execution of examinations to the prompt and accurate declaration of results, we aim to deliver excellence at every step. We are equally devoted to maintaining the highest standards of secrecy and confidentiality to ensure fairness and transparency throughout the examination lifecycle.

In addition to our core responsibilities, we provide comprehensive support services for our students. Mechanisms such as revaluation and rechecking offer students the opportunity to seek review where needed. Furthermore, our timely issuance of certificates and degrees ensures that students receive due recognition for their academic accomplishments without unnecessary delay.

We remain committed to continually enhancing our processes in line with evolving academic needs and technological advancements, ensuring benchmarks in examination management.

Code of Conduct for The Controller of Examinations

  • To ensure secrecy, safety and security of all documents relating to examinations.
  • Honesty and integrity is the basic traits required for controller of examinations
  • Ensure valuation of answer scripts are done objectively
  • Ensure that there is no conflict his personal interest with professional interest.
  • Special care has to be taken in protecting the question-papers and take all possible precautionary steps to ensure that the questions are not leaked out before the examinations
  • Ensure the results are declared on time
  • Ensure that the entries in the mark-statements are correct, complete and free from any sort of flaw.
  • Ensure that all security measures are adhered to in mark-statements and degree certificates
  • Ensure that not only he is honest but all other staff members of the Examination Section are also equally honest.
  • Ensure proper Question Paper audit in done
  • Any violation/unethical behaviour of his staff are not tolerated and serious action taken immediately. Ensure proper correlation between Internal and External marks, through proper auditing.
  • Ensure answer scripts are disposed properly / safely (after the due dates)
  • Ensure convocation is conducted within 180 days from the declaration of results.
